OFFICIAL RULES
1. PROMOTION PERIOD: This Giveaway promotion begins March 1, 2019 at 5:00pm and ends on May 11, 2019 at 11:59pm EST.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of Connecticut who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees under Galleria Dream Kitchen and any other organizations affiliated with the company, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Giveaway and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or household members. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. Void outside Connecticut and elsewhere where prohibited. Subject to applicable Federal, State, local and municipal laws and regulations. Open to new customers only, not including current contracts and retainers prior to March 1, 2019.
3. ENTRY (TWO-STEP PROCESS)
A. HBRA HOME-SHOW ENTRY. Participants must complete and submit official entry form using the iPad device provided at the HBRA Home Show booth #1055 during March 1-3, 2019. Limit one entry per household. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different addresses, email addresses/identities or any other methods will void that participant’s entries in excess of the first entry received. No form of entry other than as stated in these Official Rules will be accepted.
VALIDATION PROCESS: Upon submission, participants must validate their entry by visiting the following location: Galleria Design Center, 234 Middle St., Middletown CT, 06457. To validate entry, a secondary form must be submitted using the provided iPad device at the location listed above. Participants must use the same email registered at the HBRA home show during validation phase. Validation form must be submitted within 30 days from entry and 10 days before drawing.
4. ODDS/PRIZES/VALUE
ODDS of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
A. GRAND PRIZE (1)
Custom Kitchen Makeover including kitchen cabinet refacing, new cabinetry, countertops in material of winner’s choice from Galleria Dream Kitchen’s product line and services. Approximate Retail Value — not to exceed $10,000 at Galleria Dream Kitchen’s retail prices.
LIMITATIONS: The prize will only be installed in the home stated on the eligible validation entry submission. The giveaway is restricted to the kitchen area only. Maximum amount of doors and drawers allowed: 30 “Shaker Style” cabinet pieces. Integrity of existing cabinetry must be in good condition, subject to inspection by a Galleria Dream Kitchen representative. Cabinetry re-facing limited to wooden cabinetry only. Quality finishes will be applied to existing cabinetry exterior facing (excludes interior). All labor included, such as removal and demo of existing doors and drawers. Max limit of 24 linear feet of crown molding and up to 25 square feet of countertop chosen from level one stone. Other restrictions may apply.
B. PRIZE #2

C. PRIZE #3

5. CONDITIONS: Prize is not transferable. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of advertised prize or any prize component except at the sole discretion of Galleria Dream Kitchens, for a prize/prize component of equal or greater value, due to unavailability of advertised prize/prize component for any reason. If a potential winner cannot accept the prize as stated, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner is solely responsible for any state, local and/or federal taxes on prize. Any expenses not specified herein related to acceptance or use of prize, are the winner’s sole responsibility. Winning project must be contracted for installation no later than 6 months from drawing date. Galleria Dream Kitchens reserves the right to permanently disqualify from the giveaway any person it believes has violated these official rules. All potential prize winners must complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal), to be returned within 14 days of date of prize notification. In the event of noncompliance with this requirement or if prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules such prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and agree that if any winner fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide required documentation, is found to have violated the Official Rules or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, prize will be forfeited. Entrants understand that Galleria Dream Kitchens is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this promotion and acceptance, possession and use of prize. Galleria Dream Kitchens is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the giveaway or in the announcement of the prize. Decisions of Galleria Dream Kitchens are final and binding in all respects.
6. PRIVACY: By entering this Giveaway, you are opting-in to receive communications from Galleria Dream Kitchens and/or their affiliates. 7. OTHER: Galleria Dream Kitchens assumes no responsibility for entries unable to be processed due to network, hardware or other technical failures; or any other reason, or incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or lost entries. Galleria Dream Kitchens reserve the right, in their sole discretion to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. Galleria Dream Kitchens further reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, technical corruption, non-authorized human intervention, or any other causes beyond the control of Galleria Dream Kitchens which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the giveaway. In the event of cancellation, Galleria Dream Kitchens reserves the right to select winner(s) from among all eligible entries received prior to date of cancellation. The use of automated entry systems or any other conduct that impedes the integrity of the giveaway is prohibited. In the event of a dispute regarding online entry, entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established e-mail account associated with the entry.
8. GENERAL: Except where prohibited by law: (i) entry constitutes permission for Galleria Dream Kitchens to use winner’s entry, name, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice and statements regarding this giveaway in all media now known or hereafter discovered, for any purpose, including without limitation, in connection with, and to promote, market or advertise, the giveaway, in whole or in part, without review, approval, credit or attribution, notification or payment from or to entrant or any person or entity, worldwide, in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable; (ii) potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity within fourteen (14) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim prize, or fails to respond to the winner notification, the potential winner is disqualified and the prize is forfeited. If forfeited, an alternate winner will be selected randomly from among the remaining eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. By participating and winning a prize, winners release Galleria Dream Kitchens, Facebook, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability with respect to the prize won and participation in the giveaway.
